The SPARTUS ProCUT 145CNC is a modern inverter plasma cutter powered by a three-phase 400 V supply, designed for demanding industrial applications.
It offers a maximum cutting thickness of up to 60 mm and a cutting current of 125 A at a 100% duty cycle, ensuring top performance even in continuous operation.
The non-contact pilot arc ignition system (without HF) improves cutting quality and extends consumable life.

Three Main Operating Modes for Maximum Versatility

STANDARD CUTTING This is the primary mode in which the plasma arc cuts continuously through the material, allowing for fast and precise cutting of metal or other conductive materials to the desired shape and dimension.
It is the most commonly used mode for tasks requiring smooth, even cutting edges.

INTERRUPTED CUTTING A specialized mode particularly useful for cutting irregular or perforated materials, such as mesh or grids. In this mode, the plasma cutter maintains a stable arc even when contact with the material is momentarily lost, preventing the need to manually restart the arc each time.
This feature greatly enhances productivity and efficiency, allowing smooth and uninterrupted cutting of complex or discontinuous materials while minimizing wear on the machine.

GOUGING An advanced technique that allows for creating grooves or channels of controlled depth in the material.
This mode is especially useful for weld joint preparation and removal of defective welds, providing precise material removal. Gouging improves welding efficiency and final product quality, making it an essential function in heavy fabrication processes.

Control

The LCD control panel allows intuitive adjustment of operating mode, cutting current, and air pressure parameters.
The built-in diagnostic system alerts the operator to conditions such as overheating, phase loss, or insufficient gas flow, increasing operational safety and reliability.

Integrated CNC Interface
