MIG/MAG welding — full control, flawless results
EasyMIG 227DP supports multiple MIG/MAG modes — from classic manual, to synergic, to pulse and dual-pulse welding. This gives the operator full control over the process regardless of the material or skill level.
The built-in Easy synergic programs automatically adjust parameters to the selected wire and gas. The operator can fine-tune voltage to shape the weld and penetration depth. Double-pulse mode ensures a smooth, even bead with minimal heat distortion — ideal for aluminium and stainless steel.
The machine supports wire diameters from 0.8–1.2 mm, with a maximum welding current of 220 A and a 60% duty cycle. Additional functions — 2T/4T, Inductance control, Spool Gun, Wire Test, and polarity reversal — improve precision and comfort, and allow welding with flux-cored wire without shielding gas.
MMA and TIG Lift welding
EaEasyMIG 227DP also supports:
- MMA welding with Hot Start, Arc Force and VRD
- TIG Lift (DC) welding with soft arc ignition and adjustable current up to 220 A
