The SPARTUS Easy TIG 210P AC/DC is a modern, digitally controlled inverter welder designed with advanced IGBT transistor technology. The machine is exceptionally easy to use, thanks to its intuitive digital control panel that provides quick access to all key functions.
TIG WELDING
The SPARTUS EasyTIG 210P AC/DC supports two arc ignition modes: HF (High Frequency) and Lift, allowing the user to adapt the arc start to specific working conditions. The TIG Pulse function enables stable and precise welding of thin elements made of steel, stainless steel, and acid-resistant steel, while the TIG AC mode ensures high-quality welds on aluminium and its alloys.
Key features include:
• Adjustable current upslope and downslope for full control over the start and end of the weld.
• 2T/4T operating modes that enhance comfort and ergonomics during welding.
• AC balance adjustment, allowing optimal cleaning and deep penetration when welding aluminium.
• TIG Pulse functions with control over frequency, pulse width, base current, and peak current – especially useful for thin sheets.
MMA welding
The EasyTIG 210P AC/DC also enables shielded metal arc welding (MMA AC/DC). The Hot Start and Arc Force functions stabilize the arc, facilitate ignition, and reduce the risk of electrode sticking. This makes the machine suitable not only for light repair work but also for welding structural components.
