SPARTUS Ultra NX47 with air supply system is a modern helmet that provides full protection of the respiratory tract, eyes, face, and head. Designed for the toughest conditions, it effectively shields against hot particles, metal spatter, and dust. Combined with the Ultra X air supply system, it guarantees 99.997% filtration efficiency, offering the user not only safety but also comfort to rely on every day.

CERTIFIED PROTECTION

The SPARTUS Ultra NX47 helmet has been designed to meet the most demanding working conditions. The markings EN 166 3 9 BT and 1 BT9 on the visor are a guarantee of full protection – against metal spatter, hot particles, and liquid splashes, as well as against dynamic impacts across a wide temperature range. Thanks to the highest optical class (1), the visor ensures excellent clarity and working comfort even during long shifts, combining maximum safety with user convenience.
In addition, the helmet is certified to EN 397:2012+A1:2012, applicable to industrial safety helmets. This confirms that the NX47 not only protects the face and respiratory tract but also effectively safeguards the head against impacts and other mechanical hazards, providing comprehensive protection in the most demanding work environments.

COMFORT IN DAILY USE

The transparent polycarbonate shield ensures a wide field of vision and effective protection against spatter, while the scratch-resistant surface maintains clarity even under intensive use. The compact shape and balanced center of gravity minimize fatigue, and the adjustable headgear allows quick adjustment to the user. The airflow direction control plate on the forehead enables two-stage adjustment of the airflow, increasing comfort throughout the entire shift.

ULTRA X AIR SUPPLY SYSTEM – RELIABLE RESPIRATORY PROTECTION

The integrated PAPR Ultra X system effectively cleans the air of dust and harmful aerosols, maintaining a constant flow of clean air in the breathing zone. The user can choose between two airflow levels – standard 170 l/min and increased 210 l/min – allowing adjustment of airflow intensity to process conditions. The lithium-ion battery ensures long operation on a single charge (up to 9h) and quick recharging. Visual, audible, and vibration alarms warn when the filter needs replacing or the battery requires recharging. The 99.997% efficient filter removes almost all contaminants, and simple maintenance makes it easy to keep the system in operational readiness.

Additional A2 and ABEK1 gas filters can be used with the air supply system working with the SPARTUS Ultra NX47 helmet, effectively enhancing protection in environments with organic vapors and hazardous gases. To fully utilize their potential and ensure uninterrupted operation in demanding conditions, the use of high-capacity batteries is recommended.
