The SPARTUS D91 is a compact, stationary tungsten electrode grinder designed for TIG welding applications. Powered by a single-phase 230 V supply, it ensures convenient operation both in workshop environments and in the field.

The device enables precise and efficient sharpening of tungsten electrode tips according to technological requirements. Electrodes prepared with the SPARTUS grinder gain extended service life, a stable cone shape, and significantly easier arc ignition, which directly improves weld quality and operator comfort.

The grinder allows tungsten electrodes to be sharpened within a diameter range of 1.6 to 4.8 mm, with an adjustable sharpening angle from 10° to 60°. The built-in depth gauge helps set the correct cone length, ensuring process repeatability and compliance with technical parameters. The electrode offset adjustment relative to the grinding wheel surface allows nearly the entire wheel to be used, greatly extending its life and reducing operating costs.

The standard equipment includes a 2.4 mm collet and a grinding wheel, allowing work to begin immediately after unpacking. Additional collets for other electrode diameters and diamond wheels are also available.
