The SPARTUS Master 201X is a premium auto-darkening welding helmet designed for heavy-duty industrial use. It features a top-grade optical filter with a 1/1/1/1 rating, delivering exceptional image clarity and precise eye protection during MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA welding. The large 100×65 mm viewing area provides a full view of the work zone, ensuring better control and greater comfort on the job.

Instant response and full control of settings

The helmet’s filter reacts in just 1/30,000 of a second, with arc detection handled by four highly sensitive sensors—an essential feature when welding at low currents. The external control panel allows the user to easily adjust the shade level (DIN 4–8 / 9–13), sensitivity, and delay time, as well as switch the helmet to grinding mode—all without removing the helmet.

Lightweight design and top-level ergonomics

The Master 201X is made from durable yet lightweight materials, with a total weight of just 480g. Its multi-point adjustable headgear allows for a personalized fit and precise positioning of the filter in relation to the eyes. The ergonomic design minimizes fatigue during long hours of work, enhancing both user comfort and efficiency.

Optional version with safety helmet – compliant with HSE regulations

In environments where health and safety regulations require additional head protection—such as on bridges, steel structures, inside tanks, or near boilers—the SPARTUS Master 201X is available in a version that can be mounted on a safety helmet. A dedicated adapter ensures a secure connection between the helmet and hard hat, delivering safety, comfort, and full compliance with workplace regulations.
