The SPARTUS AirMaster Duo is a modern mobile filtration system designed for effective removal of welding fumes and dust. Equipped with two Vortex Eco extraction arms, the unit enables simultaneous operation at two workstations. Each arm provides an airflow capacity of up to 850 m³/h, ensuring efficient and reliable air purification in the workplace.
Advanced dual-stage filtration
The system uses a two-stage filtration process: a metal pre-filter captures larger particles, while the main filter cartridge ensures thorough removal of fine contaminants. The modular filter design allows for quick and hassle-free replacement. Thanks to the contamination indicator, the operator is immediately informed when maintenance is required.
Mobility and ease of use
The AirMaster Duo is designed with mobility in mind. Its wheeled housing, including two swivel casters, allows for easy movement between workstations. Regardless of workshop conditions, the system can be positioned exactly where it’s needed most. Operating and maintaining the filter requires no specialized tools—access to the filter cartridges is quick and convenient.
Adaptable to different workspaces
Depending on user needs, the device is available in two versions with different arm lengths. This allows the extractor to be tailored to the size of the workstation and the type of workpieces being handled. Both versions offer identical suction performance.
