SPARTUS PROTECT are professional mobile safety screens designed for working with Class 4 lasers. Thanks to their lightweight yet durable construction, the system can be easily adapted to various production conditions and process requirements.

The possibility of quick assembly and flexible configuration makes creating a safe working area easier than ever before. The panels can function as standalone shields or as components of larger systems, allowing the construction of enclosed protective workstations. Heavy-duty lockable wheels ensure both mobility and stability, while compliance with strict optical safety standards guarantees full protection for operators and people nearby.

HIGH STANDARD OF OPTICAL PROTECTION

The panels are made from protective materials compliant with DIN EN 12254:2012-4 and EN 60825-4:2006 standards. The product provides effective protection against laser radiation in the wavelength range of 1050–1400 nm, according to the following protection classes: D AB7 + I AB8 + R AB6 + M AB8Y GDLS>1050–1400 nm, 280 mW/m² (>1050–1400, 100 sec). Thanks to this, SPARTUS PROTECT can be safely used in environments with the most demanding laser sources.

Mobility and Flexible Configuration

The SPARTUS PROTECT system has been designed for maximum mobility and easy adaptation to changing production needs. Each panel is equipped with durable, swiveling lockable wheels, allowing for quick repositioning and stable placement of the screens in the desired location. This makes it easy to create both temporary and semi-permanent protective rooms in production halls or workshops.

This solution offers complete freedom of configuration – from single screens separating workstations to extended multi-panel systems that form fully enclosed and safe zones for working with laser welding equipment.

Components and Configurations

The SPARTUS PROTECT system includes a wide range of elements that can be freely combined to create functional and safe workstations. The offering includes both mobile protective panels (curtains) and dedicated doors that provide easy access to work zones.

Both the panels and the doors are available in versions with viewing windows – allowing process monitoring without the need to enter the enclosure – as well as in solid versions, ensuring maximum optical isolation.
