It is ideal for welding tankers, pressure vessels, trailer frames, and similar components that require precise positioning. With two axes of movement – vertical and rotational – the operator can position the workpiece in the optimal working angle, reducing processing time and improving weld quality.

Every stage of operation is supported by the positioner’s robust construction and a range of technical safety features. The SPARTUS 1000 is equipped with self-locking systems, limit switches, and nut wear sensors to ensure full control over the movement of the workpiece. Synchronization of the lift between the rotating plates, along with safety interlocks, guarantees secure operation even with large components up to 3000 mm in diameter.
Flexible Control and Full Integration
The positioner features standard control via a manual pendant, with the option to upgrade to an integrated or freestanding operator panel. The control system allows independent management of the rotation and lifting axes, while adjustable rotation speed lets you match the working pace to production requirements. Movement is only activated while the control button is actively pressed, further increasing operational safety.
Adapted to the Process and Workspace
The positioning height can be adjusted within a wide range (500–1600 mm), making it easy to set the workpiece at a comfortable working level. Additional accessories – such as mobile columns, travel rails, self-centering chucks, or automatic cable reels – expand the system’s configurability, allowing it to be tailored to the specific requirements of a production line.
