TIG HF / TIG Lift – convenient arc ignition and complete arc control

SPARTUS XPro TIG 200P DC offers two TIG arc ignition methods – non-contact HF and TIG Lift. HF ignition enables fast and comfortable arc starting without electrode-to-workpiece contact, reducing the risk of tungsten contamination in the weld. The Lift mode ensures stable ignition in environments where electromagnetic interference must be minimized.
The stable arc characteristics and precise parameter control ensure high-quality welds when working with stainless steel, carbon steel, and other materials welded using the TIG DC process.

TIG Pulse and Cold Weld – greater control over welding energy

The machine is equipped with an advanced TIG Pulse mode, allowing precise control of the heat input delivered to the material. Pulsed welding improves weld pool control, reduces distortion, and enhances weld appearance, especially when welding thin materials.
The Cold Weld function further limits the amount of heat transferred to the workpiece. This solution is ideal for thin sheet metal, components requiring a high-quality finish, and applications where minimizing discoloration and material deformation is essential.
