MIG/MAG Welding – Modes, Adjustments and Functions
The EasyMIG 219 Dual Pulse offers synergic MIG/MAG, where the machine automatically selects parameters based on the material, wire diameter, and shielding gas. The user can also switch to manual mode and independently set all working values.
Pulse and Dual Pulse allow precise control of heat input. A stable arc, reduced spatter, and a uniform weld face make it easier to weld aluminum and thin-walled components. At low wire feed speeds, the machine automatically switches to Cool Pulse, which reduces overheating and distortion.

Control

Design and Wire Feeder
